Birthday Dinner đŸŸ

 
 
 
 
September 12. Min 30-Ärsdag och eftersom det var en vardag sÄ valde jag att spendera just den dagen hemma och Àta middag med min kille och vÄr lilla Nemo, (firandet kom helgen efter!). Till kvÀllen blev det lite bubbel, sÄ klart, och denna Bottega White Gold var riktigt god faktiskt. 
 
Middagen bestod av smörstekta flÀskkotletter, kantarellsÄs, salt och peppar pommes och enkel sallad till. SÄ himla gott och mÀttande. Och det gÄr vÀldigt fort att laga detta, speciellt om man Àr tvÄ som hjÀlps Ät. Till efterrÀtt hade jag köpt mig en tÄrta pÄ ICA, jÀtte god som alltid. 
 
 
// September 12. My 30th birthday and because it was a weekday I chose to spend it at home and eat dinner with my boyfriend and our little Nemo, (the actual celebration came the weekend after!). In the evening we enjoyed some bubbely, of coarse, and this bottle of Bottega White Gold was so delicious. 
 
The dinner consisted of butterfried porkchops, chantarelle sause, salt and pepper french fries and a simple salad on the side. So delicious and so fulfilling. And it is very fast to make this, specially if there two people making the dinner together. I bought myself a cake from ICA for desert, tasty as usual.
