Pinchos
Ett första besök på Pinchos för mig och min vän. Vi var båda oförberedda på bristen av mänsklig kontakt som kom att äga rum där. Bortsett från att en människa visade oss till vård bord och en annan tog betalt i slutet av besöket där, var vi mer eller mindre lämnade på egen hand resten av tiden. Maten, små smak portioner, och dryck beställs via deras app. Sedan får man meddelande i appen när maten/drycken är färdig och får hämta dessa själv i bar/köket. Vatten får man hämta själv, bestick och glas lika så. Även för att få betala får man tillkalla en kypare via appen. Otroligt.
Som sagt, portionerna är mikroskopiska, men man blir mätt om man beställer tillräckligt många. Jag beställde 6 stycken rätter och det var lagom. Hur goda rätterna var varierade, men allt var ätbart. Det var inga sensationella smaker, men helt okej. Konceptet är dock spännande, med smårätter. Drinkarna å andra sidan är helt fantastiska. Vi beställde den alkoholfria varianten och de smakade godis. Så fina och goda, kan varmt rekommendera de.
Allt som allt är det absolut en restaurang som jag kommer att återvända till, mest på grund av deras goda drinkar. Det känns opersonligt att det är minimal kontakt med personalen, och de gångerna vi försökte få kontakt med de hänvisade de hela tiden till appen. Var är denna världen på väg egentligen? Och sedan förväntas vi fylla i summan innan betalningen går igenom, som att jag ska dricks till någon jag inte ens sett under kvällen. När jag har fått servera mig själv? Det låter kanske hårt, men jag betalar för det jag har fått, och jag hade inte fått någon service alls.
// A first visit at Pinchos for me an my friend. None of us was prepared for the lack of human contact in there. Aside from a person showing us our table and another one charging us at the end of the visit, we were more or less left on our own rest of the visit. The food, little taste portions, and drinks is ordered via an app. You then get a message through the app of when your food/drink is done and you go and get those yourself in the bar/kitchen. You get your own water, cuttlery and glass. Even when you want to pay you have to call on the vaitor through the app. Unbelievable.
As I said, portiones are microscopic, but you do get full if you order enough of them. I ordered 6 portions and that was a good amount for me. Everything was eatable, but not everything was delicious. There were no sensational tastes, but it was okay. The concept is however exciting, with the small dishes. Drinks on the other hand were fantastic. We ordered the alcohol free versions and they tasted like candy. So pretty and delicious, I can strongly recommend them.
All and all it is a restaurant that I will probably visit again, mostly because of their tasty drinks. It feel so impersonal that they have minimal contact with their guests, and when we did try to get contact with the staff they kept refering us to the app. Where is this world headed to? And then by the end we are expected to fill out our own sum of the money that we want to pay over the cost of food, like I was going to give a tip so someone I have not seen the whole evening. At the time when I had to serve myself? It might sound harsh, but I pay for what I get, and there was no service given to me at all.
